With a degree in political science and legal studies from the University of Oregon and strong organizational skills, Julianna is well suited for her role at Guardian. As a Loan Officer and Assistant Processor, she works hard to ensure that each loan has the proper documentation to ensure a smooth, successful, and timely loan close. Julianna loves working in the mortgage industry and especially enjoys helping first-time homebuyers. She understands the importance of client relationships.

When she’s not helping buyers achieve their homeownership goals, you can find Julianna taking her German Shepherd, Sal, for walks, exploring new restaurants, taking spin classes, and riding horses (she was on the Equestrian Team at UO).

“Working with Julianna and George was great! Julianna was very attentive and patient with us and our many questions during the buying process, addressing all of our concerns. They explained everything in a way we could understand and made it all super easy. Thanks team!”

Julianna at Guardian Lending was absolutely amazing. She answered all of my questions throughout the process and was always available, understanding, and helpful with everything. Julianna made the whole process easy for me as a first-time homebuyer. Will recommend Julianna and Guardian Lending to everyone I know”

“George and Julianna were a dream to work with! As a first time buyer, George and Julianna took some extra time to make sure I understood the purchasing process and all of the components that come with it. The first lender I was working with stalled out after nearly 90 days, and then once I got connected to Guardian, they were able to take over my file and got me keys in hand within 11 days! I could not recommend Guardian more!”

"George and Julianna are an amazing team and amazing to work with, our home loan process was made much easier without an agent due to the knowledge they have and shared with us. Communication was a breeze and I highly recommend them!"
